Shipping rates for orders are based upon: 1) the total number of items purchased, 2) your location and, 3) the shipping service selected during the Checkout Process.
Please review your total shipping costs and service before placing and paying for your order. All shipments are shipped by either Canada Post (USPS, Royal Mail etc...), CanPar or FedEx Ground at the discretion of our Shipping/Fulfillment Department.
Please note our shipping rates are not negotiable. As most of our clients use a credit card for their payment we need to utilize a select group of domestic and international parcel shipping services to ensure that the shipment can be tracked and insured in case of loss or damage in-transit.
Order Fulfillment/Handling Times
Most regular orders are shipped with in 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Some of our items may be on back-order and there may be a delay in shipping out your items. If the delay to ship an order due to a back-ordered product(s) is longer than 5 business days we will contact you to see if you would like to make alternate arrangements or cancel your order.
Priority Handling/Rush Orders
If you are in a rush to have your order shipped then we strongly suggest you select and pay for Priority Handling as well as selecting the Xpresspost shipping option . Priority orders ship within a guaranteed 2 business days (Monday to Friday). However, please keep in mind that the Priority Handling charge only means your order is shipped quickly from our warehouse and does not mean a faster delivery method. For the fastest processing and delivery you should specify and pay for Priority Handling and Express shipping in combination.
If you do not add Priority Handling your order will ship in the time-frame stated at the top of this page (2 to 5 business days). There are no exceptions to this policy and written or verbal requests for faster shipping will only be honoured if the Priority Handling fee is paid. Orders with Express shipping selected, but not Priority Handling, will be shipped with the faster shipping method but are still subject to our normal handling time.
Our website can only provide approximate shipping time-frames for your order from when it leaves our warehouse. Shipping times can vary greatly according to your location and shipping method selected. Please contact us if you require a more accurate estimate as to how long your order will take to arrive to your location based on your preferred shipping method.
Local Clients in Eastern Ontario/Western Quebec
Please note that we do not operate a retail location in the Ottawa/Gatineau area and as such do not offer the opportunity for picking up your order from us. However, during certain busier times of the year we do offer a local drop-off/delivery service for clients in the western part of the Ottawa. There is a nominal charge for this service. However, we only deliver during regular business hours and require all orders to be paid C.O.D. (cash on delivery). Exclusions and Exceptions
Please note - There are some countries we do not ship-to for a variety of reasons. We reserve the right to cancel and refund, without explanation, your order and payment if you attempt to ship an order to one of these countries. The list of countries that we do not ship-to is constantly changing due to world events and other factors. Please contact us before placing your order should you wish to confirm that we ship to your country.
For most international locations (outside of Canada and the USA) there is a maximum order of $100 for our shipping rate to be applied. If you are outside of Canada and the United States and wish to place an order larger than $100 please contact us before placing your order as we may need to adjust your shipping charges to your specific location.
